I drafted an article my team and I pitched to MarketWatch to showcase the findings of Charles Schwab's 2023 401(k) Participant Survey, an annual study that surveys 401(k) participants across the country to gain insights on the state of retirement savings and personal finance in the U.S. The goal of the placement was to help position Schwab as a thought leader in the retirement plan industry. I took the lead on drafting after my team and I worked with the client to identify a strong topic for the article. It was reviewed by and attributed to Brian Bender, then Managing Director, Head of Schwab Workplace Financial Services.
